Intense 2010 is a National Network camp in Bristol. The dates are Friday 10th September to Sunday 12th September.

Two nights of evening entertainment and bar. Loads of free activities on the Saturday and Sunday is the world famous Piano Bash - all you have to do is post a real piano through a letterbox!

This is a National training event for Scout Network members only and comprises two weekends in September (10th-12th and 24th-26th).The cost civers both weekends - accommodation, meals, and materials. Alton Towers Camp 2010 might still be a few months away, but we were too excited to hold back the details any longer. This really is a not to be missed event so get the date in your diary now!
What isn't changing:
• The Date - 15th-17th October 2010
• The Location - Drum Hill Scout Campsite in Derbyshire
• The Format - A fun social weekend for age 18+ members of Scouting and Guiding
• The Bargain Price - the whole weekend will cost less than the normal price for Alton Towers tickets alone
• Two nights of entertainment 'til the early hours
• Spectacular open-theme fancy dress competition on Saturday night
• Well stocked and low cost bar
• Cooked breakfast both mornings
New / improved for 2010 (pencilled in so far):
• Choice of Alton Towers theme park or water park tickets
• Online booking/payment facility
• Alton Towers' brand new mega rollercoaster: "13"

After the unexpected and controversial Phoenix Network fancy dress victory over long-running champions Quest Network last year, this year's competition is expected to be even hotter... so, get the date in your diary, start putting together your fancy dress outfits and help us to spread the word about the event.

Inter-net is a week long camping event for Network Scouts. Register and pay your deposit of £50 by the end of August 2010 and you will get £20 off the total cost of the camp …so you pay £240 instead of £260!! So what do you get for your money…? - Gold standard activities: Such as paragliding, horse riding, skiing, snow boarding, parascending... - 1st class evening entertainment including live music, themed evenings, costumes, fun and games - Sub camps with individual entertainment areas and competitions - Excellent onsite facilities: There will be cafés, internet access, entertainment zones and excellent amenities. Oh and the icing on the cake… a 48 hour surprise experience… so don’t forget your passport! Explore Serbia 2011 to complete you Explorer Belt, this is open to ALL Scout Network and GG UK aged 18 to 24. It will be in August 2011. We expect the trip to last for 2.5 weeks, so that we can have some down time in the area.
